About Our Fire Risk Assessments
Starting from January 2023, it has become a legal obligation for all residential blocks exceeding 11 meters or five stories to undergo an annual fire door inspection. While it’s advisable for blocks under 11 meters to conduct regular inspections, at the very least, written instructions must be furnished to all residents regarding the correct utilisation of fire doors within communal areas. This information must be provided in written form to all occupants, including both owners and tenants.
